Acceptance

By creating a BizzNeo account, installing our chat widget, connecting a channel or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you accept on behalf of a company or shop, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

Who We Are

BizzNeo (“BizzNeo”, “we”, “us”) is a business AI agent platform operated from Bangladesh, a product of Bunon Labs. You can reach us at contact@bizzneo.online.

Related Documents

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you have signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement prevails over any conflicting clause here.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under the laws of Bangladesh or the country where you live. BizzNeo is for business use, not personal or household use.

What BizzNeo Does

BizzNeo reads a website you control, builds an AI agent from that content, and serves the agent through a website chat widget and the channels you connect (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram). The agent can answer questions, search your products, take orders, open support tickets, book appointments in your Google Calendar and draft social posts and replies.

Ongoing Changes

We improve the platform continuously. Features may be added, changed or removed. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you materially depend on.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in the dashboard where practical. Services we depend on, such as Meta, Google, mobile networks and cloud providers, may be unavailable outside our control.

Beta Features

Features labelled beta, preview or experimental are provided as-is, may change without notice and are excluded from any service commitment.

Accurate Details

You agree to provide accurate registration information (name, email, phone and business details) and to keep it current.

Credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite. Tell us immediately at contact@bizzneo.online if you suspect unauthorised use.

One Account per Business

An account is for a single business. Sharing one account across unrelated businesses, or reselling access without a written partner agreement, is not permitted.

Sites and Channels You Control

You may only train the agent on, and install the widget or connect channels for, websites, pages and numbers that you own or are authorised to operate.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use BizzNeo to:

• break any law in force in Bangladesh or where your customers are, including the Cyber Security Act 2023 and the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009;
• sell or promote illegal, counterfeit, stolen or prohibited goods or services;
• publish defamatory, obscene, hateful or deceptive content, or content that hurts religious sentiment or public order;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or contact people who have asked you to stop;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or impersonate another person or business;
• distribute malware or attempt to disrupt the service or other users.

Technical Limits

You may not reverse engineer the platform, bypass rate limits or credit metering, scrape the dashboard, or probe our infrastructure without written permission.

Regulated Advice

BizzNeo is not designed to give medical, legal or financial advice and must not be your only source of such advice to customers. It does not diagnose conditions and is not an emergency service. In an emergency, customers should call the national emergency number (999 in Bangladesh) or go to the nearest hospital.

You Own Your Content

Your website content, uploaded documents, product data, brand assets and conversation data remain yours. We claim no ownership over them.

Licence You Grant Us

You grant BizzNeo a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, index and transmit your content strictly to operate the service for you. The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.

Your Warranty

You confirm you have the rights to all content you submit, and that our processing of it will not infringe third-party rights or break privacy law.

Telling Your Customers

You are responsible for telling your own customers, where the law or the platform you use requires it, that an AI agent handles their messages.

Generated Responses

The agent writes answers using AI models. Output can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, even when it draws on your knowledge base. It is not a substitute for professional judgement.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the information you give the agent (prices, stock, policies, hours) and for reviewing how it answers. Check the dashboard regularly, and correct or retrain the agent when you find a mistake.

Orders and Appointments

When the agent creates an order or books an appointment it acts on your behalf under the rules you set. You are responsible for fulfilling orders and honouring bookings made through it.

Platform Rules Apply

Using WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Google Calendar, Google Tag Manager or any other connected service means you also accept that provider’s terms and policies (for example Meta’s messaging and commerce policies). We are not responsible for a provider changing, limiting or suspending access.

Messaging Windows

Platforms limit when and how a business may message a customer. You are responsible for staying within those limits when you use the agent.

Plans and Credits

BizzNeo has a free starter plan and paid plans. Every plan includes credits; credits are used when the AI does work (for example a reply, a transcribed voice note, a product search or training on a page). The credit cost of each action is shown on our website and in your dashboard, and may change with notice. Credits may expire as shown in your account.

Prices and Taxes

Prices are shown on the pricing section of our website and at checkout, including the currency. Applicable taxes, including VAT where it applies, are shown at checkout.

Payment Provider

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders and handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax and returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.

Renewals and Cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Changes to Pricing

We may change plan prices or credit costs. We will tell you before a change affects your next renewal.

By You

You can stop using BizzNeo and close your account at any time.

By Us

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, put the platform or other users at risk, do not pay what you owe, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable we will warn you first.

After Closure

When an account closes, the widget and channels stop answering. We delete or anonymise your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export what you need from the dashboard before you close.

Our Property

The BizzNeo platform, software, name, logo and documentation belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the service, not ownership of it.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Service As Is

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind about results, sales, uptime or the accuracy of AI output.

Limit of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event that led to the claim.

What We Do Not Limit

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Bangladesh, such as liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

Your Indemnity

You will defend and compensate us against third-party claims, and related costs, that arise from your content, your products or services, your misuse of BizzNeo, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

Updates

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard. If you keep using BizzNeo after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.

Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

Disputes

We will first try to settle any dispute in good faith. If that does not work within 30 days, the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory law gives you the right to go to another court.
